Odds – BetEasy Bet Boost (Claim Here): $8.00

Castelvecchio has been crying out for the 1400m of the Sires’ Produce Stakes after running on strongly from back in the field at all of his three race starts. The Richard Litt trained colt came from an impossible position for a last to first win in the $2m Inglis Millennium over 1200m at Warwick Farm and then produced a similar effort when third in the Group 2 Skyline Stakes over 1200m again at Randwick. Will be running on from the back again and can’t be ruled out.

2.Microphone

Trainer: James Cummings

Weight: 56.5

Odds – BetEasy Bet Boost (Claim Here): $8.00

Microphone is the first of James Cummings’ three Sires’ Produce Stakes runners and the most fancied in the betting at Ladbrokes.com.au. Microphone had excellent form leading into the Group 1 Golden Slipper (1200m) at Rosehill but found one too strong in his stablemate Kiamichi. The 1400m will suit Microphone and Hugh Bowman will settle the Exceed And Excel colt in the second half of the field from barrier eleven before finding a clear path for his finishing burst. One of the main chances.

3.Dubious

Jockey: Mark Zahra

Trainer: Ciaron Maher & David Eustace

Barrier: 8

Weight: 56.5

siegeogquebec

Odds – BetEasy Bet Boost (Claim Here): $20

Victorian colt Dubious had good early season form which included a second to Exhilarates in the 2019 Magic Millions 2yo Classic at the Gold Coast in January but he failed to handle the heavy track when tenth in the Golden Slipper. The Ciaron Maher and David Eustace trained colt look like getting another rain-affected track which won’t help his chances.

Strasbourg is one of three youngsters from the Peter and Paul Snowden stable and is taking a huge step up in class following his second over 1400m in the Group 3 The Schweppervescence at Rosehill on a heavy track. Will be on a wet track again and has been tested over the 1400m and could sneak into the minor placings.

5.Bellevue Hill

Trainer: Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott

Barrier: 9

Odds – BetEasy Bet Boost (Claim Here): $8.00

728x90_default_500DEP

Bellevue Hill put himself into contention with an emphatic win in the Group 3 The Schweppervescence (1400m) at Rosehill on a heavy track and will give Gai Waterhouse an excellent chance to win her first Sires’ Produce with co-trainer Adrian Bott. Waterhouse had made the Sires’ Produce her own when she trained in her own right with seven wins in the Group 1 for the two-year-olds since 2000 but hasn’t visited the winner’s stall since Pierro won in 2012. Bellevue Hill has a great chance to put the First Lady Of The Turf back into the Sires’ Produce winner’s stall.

6.Rome

Jockey: Blake Shinn

Trainer: Peter & Paul Snowden

Barrier: 6

Weight: 56.5

Odds – BetEasy Bet Boost (Claim Here): $61

beteasy-tjsmith-special

Rome has been installed as one of the outsiders in the field and will find this tougher than his latest effort when he failed to beat runner home when tenth in Group 3 The Schweppervescence (1400m) at Rosehill.

7.Dresden Green

Jockey: Brett Prebble

Trainer: Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott

Barrier: 2

The Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott trained Dresden Green is another at double figure odds and is taking a huge step up in class coming off a 1300m Maiden win at Hawkesbury. Hard to see him threatening the more fancied runners.

8.Spring Loaded

Jockey: Tommy Berry

Trainer: Michael & Wayne & John Hawkes

Barrier: 14

Odds – BetEasy Bet Boost (Claim Here): $71

neds250-300

Team Hawkes have put the blinkers on Spring Loaded but he will need more than that after failing to beat a runner home when eighth in the Group 2 Todman Stakes (1200m) at Randwick.

9.Bullet Fly

Jockey: Brenton Avdulla

Bullet Fly broke through for his Maiden win at Newcastle last start but looks way out his depth in the Group 1 Sires’ Produce Stakes.

10.Kiamichi

Jockey: Damian Lane

Trainer: James Cummings

Barrier: 1

Weight: 54.5

Odds – BetEasy Bet Boost (Claim Here): $11

728x90_default_500DEP

Kiamichi scored an all the way win in the Group 1 Golden Slipper (1200m) at Rosehill and will be hard to run down again from the inside gate. Ladbrokes.com.au have the James Cummings trained filly at the good odds of $10 in the betting in the lead up to the Sires Produce, which is good each-way value.

11.Probabeel

Jockey: Opie Bosson

Trainer: Jamie Richards

Barrier: 12

beteasy exclusive sign up offer

Kiwi filly Probabeel has three wins in New Zealand on her record and made up some ground from the back when sixth in the Group 3 Magic Night Stakes (1200m) at Rosehill. The Jamie Richards trained filly has the blinkers on and will be running on again.

12.Loving Gaby

Jockey: James Mcdonald

Trainer: Ciaron Maher & David Eustace

Barrier: 5

Weight: 54.5

lovinggaby.jpeg

Odds – BetEasy Bet Boost (Claim Here): $6.50

728x90_default_500DEP

Loving Gaby just missed a place when fourth in the Golden Slipper and has a great chance to figure in the finish in the Sires’ Produce. The Ciaron Maher and David Eustace trained Loving Gaby has a powerful finish and will be joining in at the right time at the end of the 1400m. One of the top chances.

13.Tenley

Jockey: Kerrin Mcevoy

Trainer: James Cummings

Barrier: 3

Weight: 54.5

Odds – BetEasy Bet Boost (Claim Here): $11

neds250-300

The James Cummings trained Tenley was undefeated before failing in the Golden Slipper as one of the top fancies and could only beat one runner home on the heavy Rosehill track. Likely to get back onto firmer footing this week so don’t be surprised he improves out of sight out of Slipper.

Can win!

14.Crystal Falls

Jockey: Jay Ford

Trainer: John Sargent

Barrier: 13

Weight: 54.5

crystalfalls.jpeg

Odds – BetEasy Bet Boost (Claim Here): $17

beteasy exclusive sign up offer

Crystal Falls is still a maiden after two race starts but showed above average ability with a late dash to finish second to Kiamichi in the Group 3 Magic Night Stakes on a heavy Rosehill track. Has the blinkers on but has to contend with a wide gate.
