SMART sprinter RELIGIFY showed with his first-up win he has come back in top order and will be very hard to beat in the final race at Rosehill on Saturday.
The Chris Waller trained 5yo made it five wins from only eight starts in taking out a Benchmark 93 in class record at Rosehill over 1100m on October 31.
He has subsequently won a 804m trial at Warwick Farm on November 19 beating Tahitian Black by a head in 48.00 without being extended to keep him up to the mark.
Stablemate TELEPATHIC is all the rage in the second race and should be winning the Listed Tyreel Stud ATC Cup over 2000m.
The Waller- James McDonald combination is proving quite lethal and they team up here on this progressive stayer who provided a winning gallop here on Tuesday morning.
The Mossman 5yo mare went super over 1000m in 1:10.80, last 800m in 52.30 and final 400m in 24.33s on the course proper with the markers out 15m.
LUCY’S LOOK has been set for a first-up win and look for her to run a big race in Race 6 for fillies and mares over 1200m.
Her trackwork cannot be faulted and has been given two very pleasing trials in readiness for tomorrow’s assignment.
At her latest hitout the Lonhro 4yo mare coasted to the line untouched when unplaced behind Majaska in 47.90 over 804m at Warwick Farm.
HEART TESTA needs a firm track to show his best and will get that tomorrow after failing on a heavy 9 behind Zanbagh at his last appearance.
He has a solid each-way show in an open race 8, a Listed quality over 1500m with Blake Shinn aboard.
He recorded the best of the morning gallop on Tuesday with stablemate The Rumour File (race 7) on the course proper.
The pair recorded 1:08.80 for 1000m, 39.69 for the last 600m and a very slick 11.97 for the last 200m with the markers out 15m.
Switching to Canterbury tonight and RAINBOW NATION and SIR BACCHUS both have winning prospects when they resume in the same race, a 3yo maiden over 1100m.
A 3yo colt by Northern Meteor, Rainbow Nation has not raced since failing on debut when favourite in a 2YO Open at Doomben on June 27.
He has had two trials leading into this race and was not put under any pressure when he worked on Monday over 800m on the Pro Ride in 53.92 and 12.63s for his last 200m.
Sir Bacchus teamed up with stablemate Wudang Mountain on Saturday morning and they worked well over 800m in 54.55 with a final 400m in 24.50s with the markers out 15m.
