Peter Moody has threatened to quit racing after one of his horses was scratched at Pakenham on Wednesday.

Moody is facing a raceday treatment charge after Lady Tatia was withdrawn by stewards following a Racing Victoria compliance and assurance team visit to his stables found the horse had a medicated clay poultice applied to its forelegs.

The leading trainer is already facing a cobalt administration and presentation charge after Lidari returned a positive sample out of last year’s Turnbull Stakes.
